The Plate Loaded Leg Press features a mobile footplate for greater ROM at the knee and hip (taking stress off the ankles).  The adjustable back pad allows for individualizing hip ROM and helps to reduce strain on lower back. The optional, add-on ‘weight horn’ is sure to help those lifters looking to move some serious weight. Our Torque Arm Technology provides the user the unique ability to manipulate the resistance profile to overload different areas within the exercise movement.
