Each competition disc from The Eleiko is calibrated according to the IPC Powerlifting must each competition plate over 5 kg to be +0.1% and -0.05%. That means a 25kg plate must not weigh more than 25 grams over 25 kg. A 25kg competition disc from The Eleiko weighs rarely more than 8-10 grams over the 25 kg.
NOTE! Eleiko’s 50kg competition plate may only be used for bench press.
